Training for law enforcement

This programme focuses on training the police officers, investigation agencies and Judicial Officers on cyberlaw, particularly, imparting training on various laws against cyber crimes and methods to investigate cyber offences. FIRE prepares legal toolkits for law enforcement agencies for easy understanding of existing law against cybercrimes in India ,particularly, the IPC,IT Act,2000, POCSO ACT,2012 and other special laws. Dr. Seth, Founding member of FIRE has trained more than 5 lacs officers across various states in India through various capacity building programs for past two decades. The trainings were conducted at various academies such as the National Judicial Academy, Bhopal, National Police Academy, Hyderabad, The Central Bureau of Investigations, Bureau of Police Research & Development , National Investigation Agency.
